To participate in the Cinema Royale: Paris Edition, you must register on the official website of the event.
2. VIDEO FORMAT:
The works must be submitted in the prescribed format and quality.
3. PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES:
Participation in the film festival is open to directors and screenwriters from all over the world.
4. GENRES:
Applications for participation in the festival are accepted in accordance with the list of nominations indicated on the official website of Cinema Royale: Paris Edition.
5. WORK RIGHTS:
The participants undertake to have all the necessary rights to the works submitted by them, only the participant is responsible for copyright violations.
6. SUBTITLES:
Works containing dialogues must be presented in English or have English subtitles.
7. LENGTH OF WORK:
The maximum duration of the submitted works is not limited to a certain time.
8. ORIGINALITY:
Submitted works must be original and not constitute plagiarism.
9. JURY EVALUATION:
The jury's decision is final and indisputable. Participation fees are non-refundable.
10. AWARDS:
All participants and winners of the Cinema Royale: Paris Edition will receive official laurels and a certificate of participation or winner of the festival.
11. TRANSMISSION NETWORK:
The submitted works must meet the requirements for online broadcasting.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY:
The organizers guarantee the confidentiality of the materials provided.
13. PLACEMENT OF WORKS:
Participants can post their work on the film festival platforms.
14. DEADLINES:
It is important to observe the deadlines for submitting applications and submitting works.
15. COMMUNICATION:

16. PUBLICITY:
The organizers have the right to use the submitted works for advertising purposes.
17. RESPECT:

Refund policy for participants of the Cinema Royale: Paris Edition festival
1. General provisions
1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regulates the conditions under which a participant of the Cinema Royale: Paris Edition festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Festival") has the right to request a refund of the funds paid.
1.2. Payment of the registration fee/ entrance ticket/other payments (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment") confirms the participant's full agreement with the terms of this Policy.
2. Reasons for the refund
2.1. A refund is only possible for the following reasons:
2.1.1. Cancellation or postponement of the Festival on the initiative of the organizers;
2.1.2. Participant's refusal to participate for a valid, documented reason (for example, illness, force majeure);
2.1.3. Erroneous transfer of funds (upon confirmation of a technical error).
3. The procedure for submitting a request
3.1. A refund request must be sent in writing to the Organizer's email address: info@cinemaroyale.space
3.2. The request must contain:
- full name and surname of the applicant;
- registration or ticket number (if applicable);
- details for a refund;
- the basis for the return, accompanied by supporting documents.
4. Terms of return
4.1. A refund request must be submitted no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start date of the Festival.
4.2. In case of cancellation of the Festival at the initiative of the organizers, the refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of publication of the official notification.
4.3. For other reasons, the refund is carried out within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of the positive decision.
5. Size and method of return
5.1. The refund is carried out in the amount of:
- 100% - in case of cancellation of the event or erroneous payment;
- up to 80% - in case of refusal for a valid reason (minus the organizational fee).
5.2. The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made, or in another way agreed by the parties.
6. Exceptions
6.1. Funds are non-refundable:
- if you refuse to participate less than 30 days before the start of the Festival without a valid reason;
- in case of violation by the participant of the terms of participation or the rules of the Festival;
- when submitting a request with an incomplete set of documents.
