What happens when the world’s most iconic analogue hero tries to survive in the digital age?

In this mockumentary, Santa is a bitter old-timer battling irrelevance in a world of algorithms, influencers and NFTs. It is equal parts tragic and hilarious, with a very Aussie sense of humour.

For this film, I wanted to explore the growing generational gap that has come with the rise of AI... and ironically, I used the same technology to tell the story!

The biggest challenge? Most AI films are fast, short clips. This one needed the opposite... long, grounded "interview" shots that actually feel real.

🎙️ ElevenLabs: voice changer for Santa’s gravelly, world-weary Aussie tone

🎞️ Kling / Nano Banana / Adobe: used together to nail the gritty mock-doc look
